摘　　要：对薄壁半球形件的无模液压胀形工艺进行了研究 ,并对壳体成形过程中的变形规律进行了分析 ,实验证明 ,采用无模液压胀形工艺形半球件是完全可行的 。The dieless hydroforming technology of thin-wall semi-spherical partaws discussed and the deformation law of the shell during forming process was analyzed.Experiment showed that it was feasible to forming this kind of part by using hydroforming technology.It provided a new method to manufacture large thin-wall semi-spherical part.
