摘 要:在一燃煤流化床上进行了掺烧垃圾的实验,研究了不同掺烧比对燃烧效率、SO2、HCl、NO、N2O、二恶英和重金属排放的影响。实验结果表明,随垃圾加入量的增加,飞灰含碳量降低,燃烧效率增加;HCl排放浓度增加,NO和SO2排放量减少,N2O先降低后增加;灰渣中二恶英含量随垃圾加入量的增加而增加;底渣和旋后飞灰中,Cr、Cu、Zn的含量均随垃圾加入量的增加而增加。采用三相流态化净化装置对尾气排放进行了净化处理,当吸收剂为石灰石浆液,浆液浓度为1%,循环倍率为3,喷射速度为5m/s~15m/s,鼓泡管插入深度为140mm时,流态化吸收式垃圾焚烧烟气净化装置的脱硫效率大于90%,脱硝效率在20%~30%之间,脱氯效率大于80%,除尘效率达99%,重金属净化效率大于98%,二恶英净化效率为99%。The co-firing tests of MSW and coal were performed in a circulating fluidized bed paper focused on the influences of the ratio of MSW to coal on the efficiency and the sion of SO2 , HC1, NO, N2 O, Dioxin and heavy metal. Experimental results showed that the iency and HCl emission increased when MSW were fed into the CFB, SO2 and NO emissions eased with MSW increasing. With the ratio of MSW to coal increasing, the N2O emissions eased slowly, Dioxin in the fly ash and slag increased with municipal refuse added. The entration of Cr.Cu.Zn increased in the slag and the outlet of cyclone with municipal solid se increasing. And the results of experimental study of three ohases fluidized absorption ess for flue gas purification in co-combustion are presented also. When the sorbent is stone slurry, the concentration of slurry is 1 % , the circulation rate is 3 , the jet rate is 5 m/s- 15 m/s the immerged depth of bubbling pipe under the slurry is 140 mm, in fluidized absorption lity for flue gas purification in MSW incineration, the desulfurization efficiency is > 90% , the itrification efficiency is 20% -30% , the dechlorination efficiency is > 80% , the removal efficiency ust, heavy metal and dioxions are > 99% , > 98% and 99% respectively.
