摘　　要：文章介绍了以福禄克 (Fluke) 5 5 2 0A多功能校准仪为主标准器研制的示波器自动检定系统的构成、工作原理、系统软件和使用方法 ,以及该系统的主要特点。应用该系统可以实现 60The paper introduces the automatic verification system for oscilloscope which bases on the Fluke 5520A Multi-Product Calibrator.It introduces the organization,working principle,system software,usage method and main characteristic of automatic verification system for oscilloscope. This system can be applied to realize the automatic verification of all kinds of oscilloscope which is below 600 MHz.
