摘　　要：萨伊并非完全反对政府干预经济,而是主张政府为市场经济的自由运行提供条件和保障,并把适当的政府干预与市场调节结合起来。Say doesn't totally oppose the policy of government intervention of economy. He maintains that government should provide conditions and security for the free operation of market economy and that appropriate government intervention must be combined with market adjustment.
