摘 要:主要介绍以加反抽提剂、不加反抽提剂抽提后的回炼油及未经抽提的回炼油作为原料 ,分别进行催化裂化中试对比实验 ,考察了芳烃抽提对催化裂化产品分布、产品质量的影响及对新鲜原料油处理量的影响。由抽提的结果及催化裂化的结果可以确定 ,若抽出油只是作为橡胶填充油 ,在抽提过程中可不用加入反抽提剂 ;若抽出油进行综合利用 ,在适宜的操作条件的基础上 ,加入一定量的反抽提剂。反抽提剂加入量的多少 ,可以根据抽出油进行综合利用时所需的芳烃含量大小及上述实验结果而定。经过该组合工艺处理后 ,催化裂化的产品分布明显变好 ,产品的生焦量下降 ,提高了液化气 +轻油收率及轻油的产品质量 ,提高了催化裂化装置的处理量。说明该项目在燃料 -润滑油型炼厂具有很好的推广应用前景。The catalytic cracking middle scale tests were done in which the cycle oil extracted by adding reverse extractant and not adding reverse extractant as well as the cycle oil unextracted were separately used as feed,investigating the influences of aromatic extraction on the distribution and quality of the catalytic cracking products and on the disposal quantity about the fresh feed.The extraction result and the catalytic cracking result showed that it was unnecessary to add the reverse extractant during the extraction process if the extract oil was only used as rubber oil; or else adding certain reverse extractant on the basis of the proper operation conditions if the extract oil was used for certain purposes.The quantity of adding reverse extractant could be decided on the aromatic concentration needed and above test results.Though the integrated process,the distribution of catalytic cracking products got better evidently, the cocking quantity of the product decreased, the yields of the gas and light oil, the quality of the light oil, and the disposal quantity about the catalytic cracking unit were improved.This process should have very good spreading-applying foreground for the fuel-lubricant type refineries.
