摘　　要：介绍了采用克拉玛依环烷基高压加氢基础油为原料 ,添加光、热稳定剂研制的三元乙丙橡胶专用油的过程 ,包括基础油和添加剂的筛选 ,通过实验室性质分析和用户使用评价 ,该油达到并超过了国外公司同类产品的水平 。The process of developing the Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber(EPDM) special oils by taking the naphthene base high pressure hydrogenation base oil from Karamay as raw material and adding the light and heat stabilizers was described.It involved the screening of base oils and additives.Laboratory analysis and service evaluation showed that the developed oils could reach or surpass the quality levels of the same kind of products abroad,meeting the process requirements of EPDM.
