雷槟散对犬绦虫的驱虫研究

摘　　要：用猪肝脏中采集的细颈囊尾蚴人工投服给 2 1只犬 ,使其人工感染泡状带绦虫后 ,随机分为对照组、犬咪乐组和雷槟散组。对照组不用药 ,犬咪乐组投服犬咪乐 80mg/kg ,雷槟散组投服雷槟散1g/kg ,比较其驱虫效果 ,以研究雷槟散的驱虫作用。结果表明 ,雷槟散与犬咪乐具有相同的驱虫效果 ,但雷槟散驱虫后无毒副作用出现 ,与对照组相比 ,雷槟散具有明显的增重效果 (P <0 .0 1)。dogs were infected with Tacnia Hydatigena for being fed to Cysticer Cus Lenui collis,which are collected from pig′s Viscere, and then they were divided into control group,Quanmile group(80 mg/kg,P.O) and Lei Binsan group(1 g/kg,P.O). The result showed that Quanmile and Lei Binsan have the same deworming effect,but Lei Binsan has no side-effect. Comparting with the control group Lei Binsan has a significant effect on weight gain(P<0.01).
