电点火具试验方法与装置的改进

摘　　要：为查找某电点火具输出试验失败原因,从产品性能、下级火工品性能及试验方法、试验装置等方面进行了分析。结果表明输出试验装置与实际弹上装置不一致,试验装置设计不合理,造成输出能量损失。经设计更改后未再出现类似问题。In order to find out the failure reasons of electric igniters, we have performed varies kinds of analysis such as: products property、performance of next explosive initiating device and test method、and test apparatus as well. Results show that the output test unit is not consistent with the actual unit. Unreasonable design of the test apparatus shall cause losing of the output energy. These problems have been solved while replacing the design.
