摘 要:以碳酸锶、五氧化二钽、三氧化二铋等物质为原料,采用凝胶-固相反应法制备了SrBi_2Ta_2O_9。利用XRD、DTA、SEM等分析手段对其形成过程和烧结特性进行了研究。结果表明,球磨时间、烧结时间以及烧结温度对烧结密度和SrBi_2Ta_2O_9的分解都有明显的影响。介电性能显示,该方法合成的SrBi_2Ta_2O_9和传统的固相法合成的SrBi_2Ta_2O_9性能差别不大。SrBi2Ta2O9 ceramic powders have been synthesized successfully from tantalum pentaoxide (Ta2O5), strontium carbonate (SrCO3) and bismuth oxide (Bi2O3) based on the principle of gel -casting. Various technologies including TG, DTA, XRD and SEM have been used to analyze the synthesis processing. The results show that the intermediate products are formed from 400-800℃ and the pure SrBi2Ta2O9 powder can be obtained at 1100℃. In order to find the possible factors which may have effects on the sintering behavior, the pellets are sintered at different temperatures for different time. The studies indicate that the duration of ball -milling time, sintering temperature and sintering time have close relations to the sintering behavior. The dielectric properties were also investigated and compared with SrBi2Ta2O9 prepared by conventional solid reaction method.
