摘　　要：学生是高校图书馆数量最多、最为活跃的读者群体。由于年级、心理素质不同,其阅读动机、阅读文献类型及阅读效果有很大差异。图书馆工作者要研究读者的心理特点,在服务中发挥育人作用。The students are the most active reader group in largest quantity of colleges and university library. Owing to their different grades and psychologi cal quality, their reading motive, the literature type they read and their readi ng results are quite different. It is necessary for the library workers to resea rch the readers' psychological feature and to give full play to their functions in cultivating able people.
