摘  要:简要介绍了重合器和电压-时间型分段器配合的馈线自动化的基本原理,指出了该方式的不足。将重合器设置为具有3次重合功能,并对分段器设置失压后延时分闸功能,使暂时故障处理时间由原来的52s缩短到现在的26.5s。通过加装支线重合器的方式,实现了支线发生故障时不致影响主干线回路供电。文中结合实例详细地论述了改进方案的工作原理。Basic principle of recloser and voltagetime type sectionalizer based feeder automation is briefly described. Drawbacks of such approach are pointed out. An improvement is made by making the recloser to have the ablity to reclose for three times and introducing a delay before the sectionalizer trips due to its voltage broken off. As a consequence, the power restoration can be realized within 0.5 second in the case of a temporary fault. A branch recloser is introduced to guarantee the normal power supplying of the trunk feeder when there is a fault on the branch feeder. Examples are given to detail the principle of the proposed approaches.
