摘　　要：本文以一般系统论与运动控制论的观点为指导思想,从运动生物力学角度剖析了“背向式”推铅球技术的最佳结构及其生物力学机制、详细阐述了推铅球运动中人体运动系统的工作过程.This paper takes the viewpoint of general systematology and cybernetics of sports as the guiding ideolgy, It analyses the optimization of 'the bodyswing' shot put technigues and the mechanism of biomechanics from biomechanics of sports, It also elaborates the process of the system of body motion in the movememt of shot put.
