摘  要:本文报导了在酸性介质中,以硝酸铈铵为显色剂作分光光度测定氨基比林含量的方法.氨基比林与硝酸铈铵作用生成紫色氨基比林的氧化产物,其最大吸收波长位于570nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.73×10~3l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),氨基比林含量在0~24μg·ml^(-1)间遵守比耳定律.本法曾用于安痛定针剂中氨基比林含量的测定,其结果与经典的剩余苦味酸滴定法所测得结果基本相符.本法具有简便、准确、试剂易得等优点.A simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of microamounts of amidopyrine (pyramidon) using eerie ammonium sulfate has been developed. In a nitric acid medium (pH3.0~3.8),amidopyrine reacts with eerie ammonium Sulfate to form a blue-purple oxidation product, exhibiting a maximum absorbance at 570nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity are found to be 1.73×10~3l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) and0.133μg· cm^(-2), respectively Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~24μg/ml for amidopyrine. This method is simple, fast, accurate and reproducible. It has been applied to the determination of amidopyrine in pharmaceutical ampoules with satisfactory results. The arerage recovery is between 98.65~101.20% and the relative standard deviations for five test solutions are all less than 3%
