摘　　要：讨论了一种互联网上实现电子身份认证的系统方案，提出用指纹识别和数字认证相结合的方式来实现具备高安全特性的在线支付，同时介绍了指纹识别算法并给出了整个系统的体系结构及工作流程。In this paper, a scheme of authentication system based on Internet is presented. Due to the combined use of fingerprint recognition and digital authentication technology, this system realizes a function of payment online with high security. This paper also introduces the algorithm of fingerprint recognition, the structures, and the working flow of this system.
