摘 要:为探明转基因水稻产量等非目标性状的变异程度,对转抗病基因水稻七转39及其受体亲本七丝软占的产量性状与籽粒干物质积累特性进行了比较分析.结果表明:七转39结实率与七丝软占无显著差异,单株有效穗数比七丝软占显著偏少,而穗长、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、千粒重和单株产量等5个性状均显著高于七丝软占.两者籽粒干物质积累特性亦表现不同,七转39穗上部与穗下部籽粒干物质积累为异步型,籽粒灌浆快增期长,快增期籽粒干重日增长强度大,而七丝软占穗上部与穗下部籽粒干物质积累为同步型,籽粒灌浆快增期短,快增期籽粒干重日增长强度小.In order to reveal the variation of nontarget traits in transgenic rice, the yield traits and the grain dry matter accumulative characteristics of disease resistant transgenic rice Qizhuan39 and its parent Qisiruanzhan are analyzed and compared. Results show that the seed setting rate of Qizhuan39 is not significantly different from that of Qisiruanzhan but it is much less than Qisiruanzhan at panicles/plant and considerably more than Qisiruanzhan at panicle length, spikelets/panicle, filled spikelets/panicle, 1000grain weight, grain weight/plant. As for the grain dry matter accumulative characteristics, Qizhuan39 is asynchronous while Qisiruanzhan synchronous between top grains and bottom grains in one panicle.Duration of grain rapid filling in Qizhuan39 is longer than that in Qisiruanzhan and the intensify of grain dry matter increasing per day was stronger in Qizhuan39 than that in Qisiruanzhan during grain rapid filling stage.
