益妇宁软胶囊对去势大鼠β-EP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益妇宁软胶囊对去势大鼠血清性激素、下丘脑、垂体和血浆中β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平的影响。方法给药4周后用放射免疫法测定各实验组大鼠血清性激素及下丘脑、垂体和血浆中β-EP水平,并测定大鼠体重及子宫指数。结果益妇宁能明显升高大鼠去势后降低的血清E2水平和子宫指数(P<0.05或P<0.01);提高去势大鼠下丘脑、垂体和血浆中β-EP水平(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论益妇宁软胶囊通过调节生殖内分泌功能和β-EP神经递质功能,从而起到稳定机体内环境和缓解围绝经期综合征的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Yifuning soft capsules(YSC)on serum sex hormone level and hy-pothalamic,pituitary and plasma β-endorphin(β-EP)levels in ovariectomized(OVX)rats.Methods After treat-ment for 4weeks,levels of serum sex hormone and hypothalamic,pituitary and plasma β-EP were detected by radioim-munoassay.Body weight and uterus in dex were also detected.Results YSC could obviously increase serum e strogen(E 2 )level,uterus index and hypothalami c,pituitary and plasma β-EP levels in OVX rats(P<0.01or P<0.05).Con-clusion YSC can regulate reproductive endoc rine function and ameliorate the fun ction ofβ-EP neurotransmitter in OVX rats .Thus it can stabilize internal environment in rats and relieve t he symptoms of climacteric syndrome .
