摘　　要：1 994年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 1 0月 ,从全国 2 3个省 (市、自治区 )不同代次 (原种、祖代、父母代和商品代 )的 5～ 90日龄患有典型鸭传染性浆膜炎的病死鸭分离到 87株血清 7型的鸭疫里默氏杆菌 (Riemerella anatipestifer,RA)。对其病原学特性研究的结果表明 ,血清 7型 RA在我国鸭群感染分布的范围极广 ,分离菌株对雏鸭具有很强的致病性 ,对小鼠无致病性 ,各地分离菌株表现出一致的形态特征和非常相似的生化特性 ;各地分离菌株耐药谱很广 ,但对头孢类药物(如头孢拉啶、头孢克洛等 )和利福平却普遍高度敏感。Serotype 7 Riemerella Anatipestifer found in China is firstly reported in this paper.87 strains serotype 7 Riemerella anatipestifer were isolated from 5 90 days old breeding ducks and commercial ducks which from 23 provinces of China,and their property were studied.The results indicated that serotype 7 Riemerella Anatipestifer infection is very popular in ducks that distributes all the country.The isolate was very virulent to ducklings,and invirulent to mouse.Isolates from different provinces have the same morphology,biochemical and shape characteristics.The range of antibiotic resistance of the isolates is very wide,but highly susceptible to Cephlosporins(i.e.Cefaclor,Cefradins et al) and Rifampicin.The inactivated iol adjuvant vaccines made from all isolates have excellent immunogenicity and are able to provide an ideal protection against Riemerella anatipestifer in ducklings.
