摘  要:控制适宜条件使海带配子体克隆正常生长,根据生长情况拟合出鲜重增长曲线,并回归分析出鲜重与生长时间关系方程。定期测定培养液中N、P含量,分析出N 6g/m3,P 1g/m3,每周换水1次可满足较小密度克隆生长需要;N 10 g/m3,P2 g/m3,每周换水1次,可满足较大密度克隆生长需要。通过不同接种密度瞬时生长率比较,证明克隆密度越低,生长速度越快;分瓶数量越多,总重量增长越多。大规模培养结果:起始重量48 g,2个月达到12 276 g,生长速度约每周翻1番,结束培养时平均密度达22.8 g/L。Conditions were controlled in order to make the clone of the gametocyte grow normally, equation between the wet weight and the time was concluded by the method of regression analysis. The concentration of element N and P was determined periodically. When the concentration of N and P was 6g/m3 and lg/m3 respectively, changing the water once a week can meet the need of the growth of the clone stocked in low density; When the concentration of N and P was 10g/m3 and 2g/m3 respectively, changing the water once a week can meet the need of the growth of the clone stocked in higher density. The experiment indicated that the lower the density, the faster the growth, and the more the divided bottle number, the more the total weight gain. The result of the experiment was as the following: the initial weight of 48 g reached 12 276 g during two months of culture, the density reached 22.8 g/L at the end of the experiment.
