摘  要:目的 探讨肌肽的抗氧化、抗衰老作用的途径和机制。方法 用 H2 O2 诱导小鼠新鲜脑组织使其产生氧化羰基化蛋白 ,用 DNPH法和定磷法检测羰基化蛋白的含量和氧化磷酸化水平。结果 在加入肌肽的保护组 ,羰基化蛋白含量低于损伤组 ,氧化磷酸化水平高于损伤组 ,各组差异明显。结论 肌肽对蛋白质氧化羰基化有明显的保护作用。Objective To investigate the mechanism of carnosine on anti-oxidating and anti-aging .Methods In this test, the oxidative carbonyl protein in brain tissue was prepared by H 2O 2. The brain tissues were homogenized and then were divided into three groups:control group, damage group by H2O2 and protection group in which carnosine was added before. Content of oxidative carbonyl protein and the level of oxidative phosphorylation were determined by the means of DNPH and phosphate consumption respectively. Results The content of oxidative carbonyl protein was lower in protection group than that in damage group (P<0.05), and the level of oxidative phosphorylation was also higher in protection group than that in damage group (P<0.01).Conclusions The study indicated that carnosine inhibited the generation of oxidative carbonyl protein and protected brain tissue from damage caused by H 2O 2.
