摘　　要：利率市场化是金融体制改革的重点和难点,对我国经济金融的发展具有重要而深远的意义。目前我国利率市场化改革的条件已经基本具备,应通过各项改革措施,推动我国利率市场化改革顺利进行。Interest rate market-orientation is the emphasis and difficult point in the financial regime reform,which is important and profound to the development of China's economy and finance.The preconditions for interest rate market-orientation reform are ready at present.Various reform measures should be taken to conduct interest rate market-orientation.
