摘　　要：对邯郸市资源形势和单项资源管理体制存在的问题和缺陷进行了深刻分析,提出了对资源加强综合管理的有效措施和建议:一是完善农业自然资源管理体制和机制;二是加快农业自然资源综合管理立法步伐;三是加强农业自然资源的经济评价;四是大力扶持和倡导资源节约型产业和技术。Profound analysis is carried on the resources situation of Handan and the problems and defects existing in single item management system. Effective measures and suggestions are raised for strengthening comprehensive management of resources. They are: firstly, to complete management system and mechanism for agriculture natural resources; secondly, to speed up steps for legislation about the comprehensive management of agriculture natural resources; thirdly, to reinforce economic evaluation on agriculture natural resources; fourthly, to strongly support and initiate industry and technology of resources saving type.
