摘 要:目的:研究人参二醇组皂甙(Panaxadiol Saponins,PDS)对缺血再灌注损伤心肌超微结构线粒体的影响。方法:应用离体作功兔心模型,将不同剂量的PDS加入St.ThomasⅡ号心停搏液中,电镜下观察心肌缺血再灌注前后心肌超微结构线粒体的变化,以Flameng线粒体半定量法评价记分。结果:在40~160mg/L的浓度范围内,PDS具有减轻缺血再灌注后心肌线粒体损伤的作用。在其浓度增至320mg/L时,上述作用消失,反有加重心肌线粒体损伤的倾向。结论:PDS有抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤作用,该作用有严格的浓度-效应关系。Objective: To study the effect of panaxadiol saponins ( PDS) on mitochondriaes of the ischemic and reperfused myocardium in the rabbit. Methods:The different dosage of PDS were treated as an additive agent to cardioplegic solution on ischemic and reperfused myocardium using isolated working rabbit heart.The samples of the myocardial biopsy were observed and mitochondria were scored by Flameng' g method under the electron microscope. Results: As an additive agent to cardioplegic solution, the dosage of PDS in the range of 40 - 160mg/L can reduce the injury of mitochondriaes on ischemic and reperfused myocardium, when the concentration of PDS was increased to 320mg/L,the above effects were lost, the mitochondria injury were aggravated. Conclusion: PDS can effectively prevent the ischemic and reperfused myocardium injury, the effect is closely relative to the medical concentration.
