摘  要:通过对测量系统分析的理论、测量不确定度的原理、系统可靠性分析理论的研究,将动态不确定度原理引 入测量系统量值分析及可靠性分析中来,并研究将测量系统的量值特性与可靠性联系起来的可能性及必要 性。为研究测量系统全寿命过程中的动态变化规律、科学地评价测量系统、确定测量系统的检定周期、合 理进行测量系统的预防性维护和纠正性维护、提高测量系统的有效性等提供重要的依据和方法途径,具有 很高的学术价值和实际意义。Measurement system analysis theory, measurement uncertainty principle and system reliability analysis theory are studied, in order to incorporate the dynamic uncertainty principle into the quantity-value analysis and reliability analysis of measurement system°£ In addition, the possibility and necessity of correlating the quantity-value characteristic and reliability of the measurement system are also explored. This will establish an important basis and approaches for the study of measurement systemφs dynamic variation during its whole lifecycle, reasonable measurement system evaluation, determination of test cycle of measurement system, reasonable preventive and corrective maintenance of measurement system, and enhancement of effectiveness of measurement system, etc. Therefore, both academic value and practical meaning are significant.
