萧山鸡血浆胆固醇含量及其与屠宰性能相关性分析

摘　　要：本试验对萧山鸡血浆胆固醇含量进行测定。结果表明:血浆胆固醇的含量为114.90±36.82mg/dL,且性别间表现出差异,公鸡血浆胆固醇含量显著高于母鸡(P<0.05)。此外血浆胆固醇的含量与生产性能相关分析表明:血浆胆固醇含量与所有屠宰性能指标均呈正相关,其中与屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重相关达极显著水平(P<0.01)。By test the cholesterol content in plasma of Xiaoshan chickens,it shows that the content is about 114.90±36.82mg /dL and the contents in male are significant higher than one of female(P<0.05).Analysis of the correlation between cholesterol content in plasma and productive performance shows that cholesterol content has a significant positive correlation with every slaughter trait,especially has a highly significant correlation with dressed weight ,semieviscerated weight,and eviscerated weight(P<0.01).
