摘  要:本文分析了电渣熔铸渣池温度场数值模拟所需的数学基础及其初始条件与边界条件;对国内外电渣熔铸渣池温度场相关数学模型的研究进程作了简要的综述,并进行了适当的评价;在前人研究的基础上,本文利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对电渣熔铸渣池温度场做了进一步的模拟研究,并得到初步结果;最后对渣池温度场数值模拟解法作了改进.In this paper,the math foundation,the starting condition and the boundary condition,which were all needed by numerical simulation of slag pool's temperature field in electroslag remelting casting,were analyzed.The internal models and the overseas models,which were related to the slag pool's temperature field,were summarized briefly and appraised accordingly.Based on the research achievement,the universal FEM-software ANSYS was used in this paper to simulate the slag pool's temperature field further and some abecedarian results were got.Finally,the solution of numerical simulation of slag pool's temperature field was ameliorated.
