摘  要:根据并联联箱和分流联箱流量分布解,对流量非均匀分布导致板式换热器单相液 液换热和冷凝换热时的传热性能变化作了模拟计算和深入分析。单相换热时,若冷、热流体进出口位于同一侧,各分支通道的传热量将严重不均匀,但整机总传热量变化不大。当进出口分别位于换热器两侧时,传热分布的均匀性会明显改善,但总传热量却比流量均匀分布时明显降低。两侧流体流量比的变化并不使换热量分布发生明显改变。作为冷凝器使用时,流量非均匀分布同样导致其传热性能的变化,这时热负荷的分布状况将主要受允许压降分配规律的制约。Variations of heat transfer performance in typical plate heat exchangers(PHEs) caused by uneven flow rate distribution in channels is calculated and analyzed in terms of the analytical solutions for the flow distribution for parallel manifolds of PHEs and for dividing manifolds of plate condenserIt's found that the total heat transfer only has a quite small variation though uneven flows in channels are rather serious when both inlet and outlet of two fluids are in the same side of the PHEsIn the other hand,if both inlet and outlet of two fluids are in the different sides of the PHEs, heat transfer distribution in channels improves a lot,but the total amount of heat transfer is obviously lowered down than that for even flow distribution Additionally,a relative variation in ratio of flowrate for two fluids has no obvious influence on the distribution of heat transfer for PHEsAs a condenser,variations of heat transfer performance are also caused by uneven flowrate distributions both for cooling water and condensing steamIn that time, heat power that is transferred by the condenser,is mainly limited by rule of the allowed pressure drop
