耳鸣掩蔽对耳鸣患者听觉脑干电位波幅的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨耳鸣患者的听觉脑干电位 ( ABR)变化特点 ,观察耳鸣掩蔽后 ABR变化规律。方法 :采用额部乳突部引导方法记录 ABR,并与听力正常青年人的 ABR进行对比观察。结果 :听力正常青年人的 ABR波幅为小 波大 波 ,而持续性耳鸣患者则可出现大 波小 波的异常变化(占耳鸣患者的 31 .8% ) ,经耳鸣掩蔽治疗后可恢复至小 波大 波。结论 :耳鸣掩蔽能使耳鸣患者异常的 ABR恢复正常 ,此结果有望作为后效抑制阳性判定的客观指标。Objective:To study characteristics of the wave amplitude of auditory brain stem response (ABR) before and after tinnitus masking in tinnitus patients. Methods:Recording from forhead mastoid comparing ABR of tinnitus patients with normal hearing youths. Results:In the normal hearing youths, the ABR wave amplitude of small Ⅲ and large Ⅴ were found. In the tinnitus patients,the ABR wave amplitude of large Ⅲ small Ⅴ were found (the percentage was 31.8%). After tinnitus masking,the ABR wave amplitude were small Ⅲ and large Ⅴ wave. Conclusion:After tinnitus masking,the ABR wave amplitude converted to normal (or small Ⅲ ,large Ⅴ wave).These results indicated that the responses provided objective index for clinical auditory test and treatment of tinnitus.
