摘  要:本文用靛蓝二磺酸钠(Indigo Disulphonate,简称IDS)光度法对大气中的O_3进行了测定。含O_3的空气在自制的双层玻板吸收管中,通过蓝色的IDS溶液,生成的部分褪色溶液于610nm处测量。其在0.35—1.61L/min的流量范围内的吸收效率为100%,由O_3引起的吸光度降低为2.11×10~4L/mol·cm。方法检测限为6.6μg/m^3。在26—982μg/m^3的浓度范围内,O_3测定的相对标准偏差<4%,相对于紫外光度法的不确定度为-2.3%,除NO_2有轻微正干扰外(为其质量的6.8%),本法不受环境中SO_2,PAN。A simple and reliable spectrophotometric method of Indigo Disulphonate (IDS). For determining ozone in atmosphere has been studied and evaluated in laboratory, and used in field measurement. The air containing ozone is passed through the blue solution of IDS in a self made double sintered discabsorber.The collection efficiency is 100% ranging in 0.35-1.61 1/min. The decrease of absorbance caused by ozone is 2.11×104 L/mol·cm. The detection limit is 6.6μg/m3. The relative standard deviation is less than 4% for determination of ozone concentrations between 26 and 982 μg/m3. The uncertainty is -2.3%. The method is not interfered by SO2 H2O2,PAN and other common air pollutants in ambient concentration except NO2 giving a slightly positive interference (6.8% of its mass)
