摘　　要：珠钢是世界上首家在 15 0t大型电炉上采用手指预热技术的工厂 ,且开创了国内应用电炉冶炼生产热轧钢卷所需中低碳钢的技术。该厂从配料及供电曲线 ,碳氧枪操作 ,泡沫渣工艺 ,终点控制等方面对 15 0t竖炉工艺进行了优化与实践 。Zhugang is the first of iron & steel works adopting the finger preheating process in the world. It is the first in China that has successfully refine the low and medium carbon steel for hot rolling sheet in the EAF. The present paper describes the practice on the process optimization of 150t shaft EAF starting from charge mixture, power supply system, carbon oxygen lance operation and slag foaming to the end point control and finds out a process route more suitable for the actual production conditions in Zhugang.
