含钡合金在钢液中的脱氧行为研究

摘　　要：在MoSi2 炉上采用MgO质坩埚对钢管进行了含钡合金脱氧行为的研究。实验中钡系合金主要选取SiAlBa、SiCaBa、SiAlBaCa、SiAlBaCaSr及用于钙处理的SiCa包芯线 ,选用Al作为对比脱氧剂 ,考察了钡系合金脱氧的全氧含量 ,脱氧产物的分布、尺寸和形貌 。Deoxidation behavior of Ba bearing alloys in the pipe steel is investigated in a MgO crucible of a MoSi 2 furnace. The total oxygen content in the deoxidized Ba bearing alloys as well as distribution, size and shape of the deoxidized products are investigated in the experiments in which Si Al Ba, Si Ca Ba, Si Al Ba Ca, Si Al Ba Ca Sr and Si Ca clad wire are used as deoxidizer and Al as the comparative deoxider. Mechanism about effects of deoxidation of Ba bearing alloys on the change of inclusions is discussed in the meanwhile.
