基于有线电视宽带网的远方抄表系统的研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍了一种基于有线电视宽带网的远方抄表系统。该系统由大连电业局与大连天途有线电视股份有限公司、深圳浩宁达电能仪表制造有限公司联合开发,并在大连电业局进行了试点应用。该系统由单相电子式多费率电能表、RS485/RF转换器、有线电视射频网、有线电视数据网、大连电业局局域网、有线电视调制解调器、防火墙、中间服务器和远抄工作站等组成。有线电视通道具有双向功能,可以实现远方侦测、远方预付费、远方断电合闸等功能。利用有线电视网作为传输通道进行远方抄表,可以抄读电表实时数据,抄读速度快、数据传输可靠性高、投资费用低,具有一定的推广价值。This paper introduces a remote meter -reading system based on CATV broad band network.It was reached rather by dalian electrical power bureau,dalian tiantu CATV incorporated company and Shenzhen Haoningda electrical power meter manufacturing limit-ed company.The system consists of single-phase multi-rate Watt-hour meter,RS485/RF convertor,the CATV radio frequency network,the CATV data network,dalian electrical power bureau local area network,the cabled T.V.modem,fireproof-wall,the medial server and the remote meter -reading workstation.The CATV deliver passage is provided with double direction function.It can realize the far-away place detect,prepayment and control.The remote meter-reading system based on CATV broad band network can read instant data of the electrical energy meter,the reading speed is quick,the data deliver accurate rate is high,the invest expense is low,and more has expansion value.
