摘  要:可编程器件已有很久的发展历史,除了它体积小、容量大、I/O口丰富、易编程和加密等优点外,更突出的特点是其芯片的在系统可编程技术。也就是说它不但具有可编程和可再编程的能力,而且只要把器件插在线路板上,就能对其进行编程或者再编程,这种技术被称为在系统可编程技术,简称ISP技术。本文介绍了在系统可编程模拟器件ispPAC20的结构与特点及其开发环境,并给出一个应用例子。Programmable analog device has long developing history.Except it has many ad-vantages,such as little volume ,large capacity,abundant I /O connection,easily program and so on,it has specially advantage that is the technology in system program.It is also to say it has not only the ability of programmable and programmable again,but also it can be programmed and programmed again so long as inserting the device on the circuit board.It can program or program again.This technology is called the technology in system pro-gram.For short is called ISP technology.This paper introduces the architecture,character-istics and soft-based design environment of in-system programmable circuit ispPAC20.An example of ispPAC20is also presented.
