摘　　要：伊犁第二火电厂 2台 2 5MW机组锅炉投运后 ,长期存在制粉系统出力不足、锅炉负荷低和结焦等问题 ,导致炉膛出口烟温高于设计值 2 0 0℃以上 ,热风温度达 5 5 0℃ ,因而机组只能低负荷运行 ,且连续运行时间短。经对制粉系统、煤质、燃烧工况等进行分析和试验 ,并对其进行了有效的调试和改造 ,较好地解决了问题。After putting the tittle boilers into operation. troublesome problems, such as insufficient output capacity of the coal pulverized system, low load capability of said boilers, and slagging in the furnace etc., have been existing in a very long period of time, leading the furnace outlet flue gas temperature to be above 200℃ higher than the desighed value, and hot air temperature to reach 550℃, hence, the units can only be operated under low load condition, and the time of consecutive operation being short. Throwgh analysis and testing of the said coal pulverized system, quality of fuel coal, and combustion conditions etc. effective debugging and retrofitting have been carried out, making the said problems to be satisfactorily resolved.
