摘　　要：通过总结当前现代物流中心的基本内涵、经营特点和一般流程,从铁路货运站的功能构成、面临的外部机遇和自身的优劣势分析出发,提出以传统货运站为基础发展现代物流的基本问题和战略问题,以及铁路发展现代物流中心战略的3种不同模式和发展要点。By briefing the fundamental contents, management characters andgeneral process of the Modern Logistics Center nowadays, from the functionstructure, the external opportunities faced and the advantages/disadvantagesof railway freight transport stations, the paper puts forwards the basic issuesand strategic issues for developing modern logistics based on traditional rail-way freight transport stations and raises three different modes for railway'sstrategy to develop Modern Logistics Center as well as the key points ofdevelopment.
