摘　　要：伞型基金是一种适应新兴市场特征的基金结构形式,正渐渐成为国际基金市场上的主流品种。在国内也越来越多地受到基金业的关注与青睐。伞型基金的推出给不同投资偏好的投资者带来了更大的选择空间,同时对促进基金业整体规模的增长、壮大机构投资者队伍起到了积极的作用。Umbrella fund is a fund framework which adapts to new market character. It will become main fund in international fund market. In China it gets more attention too. The appearance of umbrella fund gives more choice to all kinds of investors, increases the size of fund industry and increases organization investors.
