摘　　要：文章介绍了一种“轿式”结构高精度微硅加速度计的总体结构。从振动机理出发,重点分析该加速度计的振动模态与结构参数的关系,得出了两者之间的函数关系,利用Ansys结构分析软件对其进行了模拟验证。The'litter structure'of a kind of high-resolution mi-cromechanical silicon accelerometer is introduced.On the basis of the mechanism of oscillation,the relation between modal fre-quency and structure parameter is analyzed emphatically,and then the function is deduced and verified using the Ansys soft-ware.
