温州地区中学体育教师现状调研

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、文献资料调研、访问的研究方法 ,对温州地区中学体育教师的基本现状与专业思想现状进行研究。温州地区体育教师队伍的年龄结构不合理 ,学历以专科为主 ,职称现状是高级、一级少 ,初级多 ;体育教师的工作量偏大 ;体育教师队伍相对稳定 ,但专业思想不够稳定。建议 :转变中学主管体育领导的思想观念 ;提高体育教师的待遇 ;转变教育思想、教育观念 ,扩大体育教师之间的交流 ,促进体育教师队伍整体质量的提高。By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and interview, the author makes study on current situation and professional attitude of physical education teachers in middle school in Wenzhou region. The structure of age of physical education teachers is unreasonable, educational level focus on training school diploma. The situation of professional title is senior and first class less, with the elementary more. The physical education teachers have more work to do. The team of physical education teacher is relatively stable and professional attitude needs improving. It suggests that transforming the concept of leader in charge of physical education, improves the teacher's wages, changes the educational thoughts and concept, enlarges the communication between physical education teachers, promotes the quality of physical education teachers in Wenzhou region.
