摘  要:本文比较了投加(高效脱色菌、聚乙烯醇(PVA)降解菌)法和活性污泥接种于厌氧-好氧系统处理印染废水的效果。前者在成膜过程中生物膜形成快、去除CODcr和PVA活性高。厌氧反应器出水色度去除率亦比用活性污泥接种的高12.5%;好氧反应器出水的PVA、CODcr、BOD_5、前者比后者分别高20.5%,9.27%和9.34%。菌群的分布研究表明,生物膜中各类细菌数量较多,生长正常。在高效菌接种的处理系统中染料脱色菌、PVA降解菌等主要功能细菌的数量亦较多。从反应器中分离出的细菌,大部分与接入的菌属类同,并占有优势,其脱色效率亦相似。In this paper, the efficiencies for the treatment of dying wa-stewater of two anaerobic-aerobic systems, one of which was inoculated with decolorizing and PVA-degrading bacteria and the other with activated sludge, were compared. Results indicate that the former system is characterized by the rapid formation of 'bio-film' and high activity for COD and PVA removal. In anaerobic reactor of the former system, the de-co(?)orization rate was 12.85% higher than that of the other system; in aerobic reactor, the removal rates of PVA, COD, BOD of the former system were 20.5, 9.27, and 9.34 percent higher than those of the latter, respectively. The results of bacterial distribution study show that there are large numbers of various bacteria growing normally in 'bio-film' and that the counts of main functional bacteria such as dye-decolorizing bacteria and PVA-degrading bacteria were higher in the reactor inoculated with bacteria than those in the (?)eactor inoculated with activated sludge. After running for a long period, predominant bacteria isolated from the treatment system were similat to those inoculated in the bioreactor, and had the same decolori(?)ing activity.
