摘 要:介绍了在电力库联营模式下水电竞价上网的方式及其当量定价方法。由于水电工况变化较大 ,要求合理评价其容量和电量价值 ,当量电价就有了独特的优势。原则是电力交易中心优先利用水电 ,但其电价由其等值火电决定。方法是水调中心先申报水电的日上网容量和电量 ,用峰修整方法获得修整后火电系统面对的剩余负荷曲线 ,然后 ,用实用当量电价法确定各火电的当量电价 ,再将水电插入 ,用其上下相邻火电的当量电价等值该水电 ,并评定其电价。整个过程是通过水调中心和电力交易中心之间的电量及电价几次交互 ,达到双方可接受的协调一致。最后讨论了水电的年收支平衡问题。A hydro unit competition mode in power pool and its EVE (electricity value equivalent) pricing method is presented. Because the operation mode of hydro units is more variable than thermal units, the EVE method has some domination than others in electricity market. The hydro units take part in the competition of electricity market only by bidding daily capacity and energy, while the power pool obeys the basic principles that the hydro energy should be used preferentially, but the pool purchase price (PPP) of hydro units should be determined by PPPs of equivalent thermal units. At first, the optimal loading order of thermal units and their PPPs are determined by EVE pricing method on the residual load curve constructed by the peak shaving method. Then the loading positions of hydro units are determined by inserting them into the residual load curve, so the PPPs of hydro units are determined by the weight average of the PPPs of the adjacent thermal units. At last the reconciliation problems of hydro units are discussed.
