摘　　要：介绍了芯片焊接机焊头部件的结构原理,提出了提高定位精度、提高生产率以及防止损坏芯片的措施。It is presented that the structures and principles of the bondhead for die bonder.The measures had been discussed that heightening the positioning accuracy and productivity,and avoiding damage of the die.
