摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司的两套重油催化裂化装置为了增产柴油 ,在使用多产柴油催化剂的基础上 ,Ⅰ套装置由于在降低反应温度和增大回炼比的措施上受到限制 ,因此主要从拓宽柴油馏程方面增加柴油产率 ;而Ⅱ套装置在降低反应温度和增大回炼比方面有较大的灵活性 ,因此从优化反应操作条件和拓宽柴油馏程两方面入手增产柴油。同时 ,结合全厂加工流程 ,做了将部分分馏塔塔顶循环回流油混入催化裂化柴油中的试验 ,此混合油进加氢脱硫装置脱硫及分离后 ,重组分作为柴油产品 ,轻组分作为重整原料 ,在提高柴汽比的同时 ,汽油质量得到明显改善。In order to increase diesel production in the two RFCC units in Luoyang Company, some measures have been taken on the basis of adopting the catalyst which produces more diesel. Method for the first unit is to broaden the diesel distillation range, as the unit was some what limited in decreasing reaction temperature and increasing reflux ratio. On the other hand, the second unit has the flexibility of decreasing the reaction temperature and increasing reflux ratio, so the diesel production has been increased by both optimizing the reaction conditions and broadening the diesel distillation range. Meanwhile, in the light of total process flow scheme, partial overhead recycle reflux oil has been mixed to FCC diesel. Heavy component is used as diesel product and light component used as catalytic reforming feedstock after the mixed oil has been hydrodesulfurized and separated. Diesel/gasoline ratio has been increased and the quality of gasoline improved as well.
