FV-1型石蜡加氢精制催化剂的研制及工业应用

摘　　要：介绍了FV 1型石蜡加氢精制催化剂的研制及工业应用情况 ,该催化剂孔容大、比表面积大、孔分布集中、酸量及酸强度适宜 ,具有活性高、选择性好、寿命长及机械强度好的特点 ,应用于上海炼油厂Ⅰ套 5 0kt/a石蜡加氢装置 ,在体积空速 1.33～ 1.49h- 1 、温度 2 5 7～ 2 6 2℃、氢蜡体积比 10 0～ 130的条件下已经连续运转了 35个月 ,床层压力降仅为 0 .1MPa ,每千克催化剂处理的蜡量已达到了 31.5t。Development and commercial application of FV 1 catalyst for paraffin hydrofining are expounded. The catalyst has the characteristics of large pore volume and BET surface area, constricted pore distribution, proper acid content and strength, higher activity and selectivity, better crashing strength and the long life. It was applied in 250 b/d paraffin hydrofining unit of Shanghai Refinery and has continuously run for 35 months under the conditions of volume space velocity 1.33～1.49 h -1 , temperature 257～262℃, and volume ratio of H 2/paraffin 100～130. Bed pressure drop is only 0.1 MPa and the capacity of paraffin hydrofining has reached 31.5t/kg catalyst.
