摘　　要：论述 4 2SiMn调质齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的试验研究。试验在STRON16 0 3型电磁谐振疲劳试验机上进行 ,采用双齿脉动加载方法试验。在短寿命区 ,采用 4级恒定应力水平的成组试验法 ;在长寿命区 ,采用应力升降试验法。根据试验所得数据 ,按统计学原理 ,拟合出完整的C -R -S -N曲线 。The test research of bending fatigue strength of 42SiMn quenched and tempered gear is discussed. The test is carried out on the STRON1603 electromagnetic resonance testing machine. The grouped test method is used in the short life. The elevation and subsidence method is used in the long life. On the basis of test data, the complete C-R-S-N cure is worked out according to principle of statistics.
