摘　　要：介绍基于PC-单片机的主从式快速铸轧在线监测系统,包括系统的构成、硬件软件系统、PC-单片机通讯系统。本监测系统可在线监测快速铸轧过程中的工艺参数、力能参数、电参数,为确定最佳的铸轧工艺参数提供科学可靠的实验依据,掌握轧机运行的状况。本监测系统已成功应用于快速铸轧实验中,取得明显的效果。This paper introduce the master-slave casting-rolling on-line monitoring system basedon PC-single chip computer, including the component of system、hardware systemand software system、PC-single chip computer communication system. The monitoringsystem can monitor the process parameter、force parameter、electrical parameterof fast casting-rolling procedure and can provide scientific and reliable data for makingsure the best process parameter so that we are in control of running of roll mill. Themonitoring system is successfully applied in the fast cast-rolling experiment. Distinctbenefit is acquired.
