摘　　要：主要叙述中小型氧气转炉自动化系统结构、功能和主要自动控制系统的原理及其实际应用。本系统的特点是:三电一体化系统、低成本配置和先进的功能,即使用PLC作为电力传动控制和回路控制,采用工控机作为监控和过程控制,以利于维护和低成本。系统的功能不仅包括传统的基础自动化,而且包括具有数学模型和神经网络的过程自动化。To describe system configuration,functions and principle of main automatic control system,and its practical application.The system is characterized by EIC system,low cost configuration and advanced functions,i.e. PLC is used for electrical drive control and loop control,and industrial PC for supervisory control and process control,to reduce cost and facilitate maintenance.The functions of system include not only traditional basic automation,but also process automation with mathematical model and neural network.
