摘　　要：煤气脱硫的工艺参数主要有温度、压力、流量、液位等,经检测后由变送单元传送到集散控制系统进行处理。本文详细说明了检测与控制系统的硬件及软件组成、回路控制原理、联锁报警控制、流量补偿等。系统实现了生产过程的实时监控,全面数据分析,报表打印,趋势记录等功能。Gas desulphurization process parameters,mainly including temperature,pressure,flow and level,will be measured,transferred to DCS through transmitter and processed here.Hardware and software constitution,loop control principle,interlock alarm control,and flow compensation of the measurement and control system are described in detail.System functions include real time monitoring of production process,overall data analysis,report printout and trend record etc.
