摘  要:燃气炸弹(FAE)爆轰参数测量难度大,在分析常用测试法的基础上,设计了爆轰压力测试系统。该系统由计算机、压电传感器、电荷放大器和瞬态记录仪组成,各测量采集装置间由专用电缆线连接。压电传感器后续电荷放大器,其输出电压与输入电荷成正比。电量与机电量的换算采用传感器灵敏度和输出灵敏度联动法。瞬态记录仪将压力传感器模拟量转换成数字量,存入储存器并显示。各采集通道把采集数据存入各自缓存,由CPU通过系统总线处理。由于该系统采用多传感器以消除不确定因素干扰,并同时测得超压峰值等有效信号,满足爆轰测试精度要求,其误差控制在5%之内。It is usually difficult to measure the parameters during explosion of fuel air explosives (FAE). Based on analyzing the common measurement methods, the measuring system was designed for explosion pressure of FAE. It is composed of computer, piezoelectric-sensor,charge enlarger and instant recorder. Special cable is used to link those measuring and collecting devices. The output voltage of followed charge enlarger of piezoelectric-sensor is directly proportional to its input charge. The conversion between quantity of electric charge and electromechanical quantity is realized with linkage method combined sensitivity of sensor and output sensitivity. Instant recorder converted the analog data from pressure transmitter into digital data, stored them into its memorizer and displayed them. Collecting channels stored the collected data into their respective caches, which were disposed by CPU through system bus. This system adopted multi-sensors to eliminate disturbance from uncertain factors, and measured some effective signals such as pressure peak value, so it met the precision requirement of explosion measurement and controlled the error within the range of 5%.
