摘　　要：通过对1996年四川省宜宾北5.4级地震震中,及附近地区地震活动性资料、水位资料的分析,结果表明,震前中小地震异常活跃,b值等多项地震学参数和方法出现明显异常,川12井水位异常显著,还调查分析了邓关背斜轴部出现的突冒浅层天然气的独特宏观异常现象。这些异常特征的分析和研究,对本区未来中强地震的震情分析和跟踪有一定的启示。The seismic activity data and water level data in the epicenter and its vicinity of the M 5.4 earthquake in north of Yibin County in 1996 are analyzed. The result shows that before the main shock, middle and small earthquakes active abnormally, anomalies of many seismic parameter and mode, include b value, occurred, water level anomaly in Chuan #12 well was significant. The distinctive macro phenomenon of the shallow layer gas emitting abruptly on the axis of Dengguan anticline is also investigated and analyzed. These analysis and research about the anomalous characteristics will give some inspiration to the seismic analyzing and tracing the future strong earthquake in the area.
