纤维水镁石增强硅酸钙板的研究

摘　　要：研究了以纤维水镁石增强的硅酸钙板的配料方案、生产工艺等。结果表明 ,采用无垫板流浆工艺及合适的工艺参数,可以制得性能符合ZBQ3205-84 ,不燃性达到GB5464《建筑材料不燃性试验方法》各项要求的无石棉硅酸钙板。并且可以利用粉煤灰、电石渣等工业废渣 ,产品环境相容性高。The batching plan and production technology of the calcium silicate board reinforced with fiber brucite have been studied.Results show,by using non-backing slurry-flowing technology and suitable technological parameters,non-asbestos calcium silicate board can be fabricated.The properties of the board accord with ZBQ 3205-84,and its incombustibility comes up to all requirements of GB 5464《Test Methods of Combustibility for Building Materials》.The production of the board has a high compatibility for environment due to the industrial waste materials as flyash and carbide slag may be made use.
