摘　　要：计算机技术的发展和计算机网络的普及,特别是办公自动化系统的出现,大大地提高了人们的工作效率。但黑客的出现以及办公自动化系统自身不足等原因,严重地威胁着办公自动化系统的安全。文章就人为因素、硬件配置、网络传输、系统平台以及应用软件等方面的问题,讨论了基于LotusNotes的办公自动化网的安全性,并给出了具体的解决方案,说明了用LotusNotes怎样构件一个安全、有效的办公自动化网络。With the development of the network of computer, especially with the appearance of the system of office automation, the efficiency of work has been greatly improved in dealing with the office work, but mainly due to the appearance of hacker as well as the defect of the automatic system itself, the security of the system is under grave threat. This paper discusses, from such aspects as human factors, hardware distribution, network transmission, system platform and application software, etc., the security mechanism of office automation networks on the basis of Lotus Notes and comes up with the concrete solution that a safe and effective office automation network can be set up with Lotus Notes.
